Job Summary:
We are looking for a passionate and skilled Communication Trainer Specialist to enhance students’ verbal, non-verbal, and professional communication skills. The trainer will play a key role in preparing students for interviews, corporate environments, and leadership roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Train students in spoken English, business communication, and professional etiquette
- Conduct sessions on soft skills, presentation skills, and personality development
- Prepare students for interviews, group discussions, and corporate interactions
- Design training modules, activities, and assessments
- Provide individual feedback and performance evaluations
- Mentor students for confidence building and career readiness
- Collaborate with technical trainers for integrated learning programs
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong presentation and public speaking abilities
- Sound knowledge of corporate communication standards
- Ability to engage and motivate students
- Adaptability to train diverse learner groups
- Strong interpersonal and mentoring skills
Qualifications:
- Any Graduate / Postgraduate (Preferred: English, Communication, Management, or related fields)
- Certification in Communication / Soft Skills Training is an added advantage
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in EdTech, corporate training, colleges, or training institutes
- Experience in placement training is a plus
